3D Printing 

•  Print the 3D mold using environmentally  friendly material

•  Print two different sizes of mold to put substrate gap between them

Mycelium Cultivation in mold 

• Place our innovative substrate mixture into the bigger size of the mold. 

• Put the smaller size mold inside and give pressure for the substrate to maintain the bowl

shape.

• Place the mycelium to grow at room-temperature for a week

Dry the product

• Bake fully cultivated mycelium at 60° C for 6 hours to prevent mycelium from growing
• Let it dry for two extra days

Coating

• Varnish with Korean lacquer and apply several times has to increase water resistance
